We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse on the first working day* after order(s) are placed, aiming for delivery within 2-4 working days*. You will be notified by email when your order(s) have dispatched and also when we have received delivery confirmation from our Insured Courier Service. A signature will be required for handing over goods at the delivery address. There may be occassions when your order may take longer than 2-4 days as we pull stock from different locations within the UK. You will be contacted if this is the case and will be given an estimated delivery date. Delivery will however not be any longer than 7 working days.
Our Standard delivery cost is categorised under;
- Non-Guaranteed next working day delivery: £12.50
- **Guaranteed next working day delivery: 12.50
- Saturday delivery: £19.50
- Northern Ireland & Channel Isles: £28.00
Please Note: Your Order is guaranteed to be delivered to your billing address/shipping address provided payment/bank transfer is made before 1530 on order day. You are also able to ship to an address other than your Billing address under this payment option

Your Right to Cancel
Under the Seven-Day ‘cooling-off’ Directive you have the right to cancel or return your order(s) eight working days from day on which you received your order(s). Please go to Returns to complete a Returns Authorisation form.
Returns
We operate a 14 days Returns Policy. This means that you can return your purchase(s) within 14 days from the date you received the order(s) if you are unhappy for any reason. It is recommended that goods are returned in their original packaging.
If original packaging has been disposed off then an alternative source must be used to return the item to us as securely as possible. Customers have a duty under the DSRs to take reasonable care of products till they are delivered to us. All delivery cost incurred must be fully paid for by you the customer, except if you take possession of a faulty or incorrect order(s) [which rarely happens ] in which case cost of recovery will be covered by us. Please note that we are only able to receive items returned to us by registered delivery and from insured Couriers.
Product may be returned to us after 14 days for warranty repairs provided product(s) is/are still within the warranty period. Please read all warranty documentation and ensure all necessary registration of your new product completed as per instructions manual and documentation.
